There is a reduced subscription of £1 for those in receipt of means tested benefit, such as Income Support
or those that are under 16 years of age (entitlement to Child Benefit does not qualify).
There are also four- and ten-year subscriptions available for £100 and £250 respectively.
Of course, additional donations are welcome!
What do I get for my money?
Apart from the satisfaction that you are supporting a good cause you will also receive the newsletter with useful and supportive articles for expectant and new parents. There is also a library of helpful and informative books relating to childcare and parenting to which you will gain access. You may even feel motivated to volunteer your time and effort to help the Hackney and Islington branch to sustain local services.
Do I have to join?
No. Anyone can sign up for classes, for example (subject to availability). But joining helps the NCT sustain the service for the benefit of all.
